What is your favor party about being country president (in terms of ingame mechanics)
The ability to set the CotD. That may seem like a small thing, but with "Fight in a meaningful battle" part of the daily challenge, players that aren't in a MU, or are in a foreign MU, might have no easy way to earn that reward. Tbh, it always annoys me when I see other CPs only setting a CotD for "real" battles. So that is one I enjoy.
Starting battles. It is a chore, as you well know, but being able to control the timing is important to me. I like to have a good flow in my TWs. And I think I do.

What do you think about banning citizens who vote no on Donation Laws from receiving GIMP?
I'd take it case by case. Ofc there may be genuine mistakes. So I wouldn't make it an automatic ban.
In the current one involving BSP, their premise for voting no is simply incorrect. No one is stealing the treasury. It's all theater.
There may be a case where, for the good of the country, one would need to vote no on donations. But I ain't seen it.
On the whole, yes, I'd be fine with banning people for voting no on the donation laws for no good reason.

[Proposal] Excluding anyone who votes no on Donation Laws
It is proposed that anyone voting against Donation Laws be excluded from collecting from any government-funded program.
As an individual, any citizen who is excluded may approach Congress with their grievance and explain why they should not be excluded. It will take a three-fourths majority vote to restore the privialge of collecting from government-funded programs.
